In the last few weeks, I've been reading the non-fictional book 'Extraterrestrial Civilizations' by Isaac Asimov and 'Worlds in Collision' by Immanuel Velikovsky. These two books I would recommend to those interested in the history of humanity and the Earth.
When I read expansive books like this, or listen to lectures on the history of human beings, my mind takes off wondering why we are here on the planet. I believe in evolution, however I do not think it is just a random sequence of small changes from one species to the next. It seems to me that changes are either programmed into our DNA or being somehow influenced purposely from an outside source. I relate the progress of human beings to the grooming of a plant, it(we) may not understand how we came to grow and advance in certain ways, all we know is how we are.
I question whether the ingredients for human beings were rained down from the sky, or existed on Earth from the start, or even brought here specifically by other beings. I wonder if we were here originally to mine the planet, to unknowingly transmit data about Earth, to simply protect the Earth, or if we are just some random natural change in events that allows us our magnificent intelligence.
Crazy Person
Before I go much farther, I want to explain that I do realize some of these may seem far fetched to some people. I pride myself of having an open mind, and considering all the options. I write a lot about my theories, predictions, assumptions, and by no means live and die by any of it. I simply like to ask these questions, and ponder answers to the big questions in life.
The meaning of Life
I think until human beings understand the meaning of life, human beings need to spend all our time trying to understand the meaning of life.
My artwork, my means of living, is beginning to focus around the concept of understanding or deciphering the meaning of life...or predicting the future. Many times when I sit down to create a new work of art, my goal is to explore my thoughts and ideas. Often I feel as if my thoughts and ideas are being immediately transferred (magnetically or spiritually or something else completely) into some enormous database of knowledge. I have an odd feeling that the database contains information from the past and the future of universal events. I realize how odd it may sound, but thats what pops into my head during creation. This idea is not frightening to me, it just simply 'matter of factly' pops into my mind.
I wish there were more open debates and places to discuss 'seriously' the idea of extra terrestrial life and the meaning of life. Human beings are very interesting creatures, and I am one of them. I want to know more.

Stay Supid America
This blog post is somewhat weighted based on a great number of issues. However, I feel that I have been raised in a country (America) that wants to keep me, and my fellow citizens, stupid. I truly believe there is an ongoing agenda to keep us medicated and just conscious enough to be laborers, but never to be free thinkers or to, god forbid, challenge authority.
Public Schools
I feel that the public schools are not designed to truly educate and challenge us; rather used to organize, pattern and mold us.
I've said many times before in my Pyramid of Pay theory that teachers do not get paid enough. Teachers should be the highest paid profession, and it should be a privilege and honor to be able to pass your knowledge to another person. Teachers are underpaid, under qualified, under valued and it shows. It is sad to hear countless stories of brilliant people, in diverse fields, that simply turn their back on education as a profession because it does not pay well, or is not very respected. The most brilliant people in the world should be teachers; and teachers should rule the world.
Sadly, the trend seems to be getting worse. Tests are getting easier, and children are scoring worse than ever. The plot to dumb us down, is making us thoughtless unintelligent sheepmen (other names would be 'yesmen' or 'zombies' if you prefer).
Food
As a child growing up, while my parents were better than most, the food I consumed was, and still is, filled with hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup and other contaminants and chemicals that are not good for our healths. I avoid it all now, but it is still there; in school food, snacks, fast food, ect. This information has been revealed to me through sources like Crazy Makers: How the Food Industry is Destroying our brains and movies like Super Size Me and Sicko.
As a high schooler, I was horrible addicted to coca cola and other sodas. I noticed an immediate spike in retaining information and willingness to learn as soon as I gave up the sugary sodas and high fructosed drinks. I feel that the carbonated beverage companies will be the next cigarette market. The consumers attack pop for its terrible effects on people; obesity, diabetes, Alzhiemers and cancer.
A Free Life
I decided a long time ago that I wanted to be an artist and have spent my life trying to obtain this profession. Every step of the way I've watched other like minded people, and myself fall into terrible time consuming jobs, and debt that controlled their every move. The freedom we yearn for in school, is taken from us by the time we get out of college and most likely stolen from us before we ever graduate high school. Taxes, wages, debt, health care, family, food, entertainment, and everything else in between is a designed rat race to keep us occupied and stuck treading water while our profit go to the greedy government.
Life after school is a joke. School is a joke. We learn nothing but how to make money for our leaders. We are unknowing slaves to a society that uses us like pawns on a chess board, earning money for them to take the valuable resources on this planet for their own use.

Immortality is not for us
A scary look at life extension. Good bye immortality, hello coffin.
One of the reasons I first started blogging was to delve into the subject of immortality. My informational crash landing into the topic of immortality came at a heightened sense of intelligence a few years ago. I strongly attribute changes in intellect (which is still only sub par) to quitting drinking coke, eating better and discarding my television. My mind, which was already open visually (as an artist) was quickly eager to understand new ideas and concepts. Immortality, a concept I have yearned for sense I understood the concept of death as a toodler, was something I was eager to sink my teeth into.
The first time I ever switched my car radio to MPR (minnesota public radio), I was lucky enough to catch the second half of a Dr. Bostrom interview about Life as a Simulation. The domino effect that followed, is similar to anyones internet/library path to knowledge of a certain subject. If you check out or read my blog very often, you know that I write about Immortality very frequently, and find it a fascinating subject. I have joined Immortality Institute, researched Cryogenic Freezing and read many scientific articles on the subject. It was not long after I came to the realization that the technology for Immortality (or at least the expansion of life to great lengths, like 300-500 years) is right around the corner, if not already here. Finding that life extension was possible was initially an extremely exciting conclusion... until I realized that it will not be that will become immortal.
Then Who?
When there is immortality, there is politics. Who should be immortal? Certainly not everyone in the world? Just because a super jet exists, doesn't mean the mere invention makes it accessible to all to own a their own personalized jet. The immortality cure will be horded, sold to top bidders, and exclusive. It will also probably be quite secret, because most good things start out that way. The other major factor in the difficulty with immortality is overpopulation, and resource management, which upon research seems to already being addressed by a New World Older. I do not jump into conspiracies very easily, or lightly, but it seems ruling powers or a 'one world government' are taking active measures to, at least, address overpopulation and resource management for human beings on a global scale. The ones who are doing this controlling, are the ones who will be taking and doling out the immortality serum. In my current standing in the world, a starving artist, my potential chance at nudging my way into the elite for a taste of their super juice does not seem very likely. In fact, my probable place on the totem pole in the outcome of the race for everlasting life, will be among the 80% of the worlds population that will most likely be trampled to death, in order for the super humans to take over the world. Please understand, when I say 'trample' I mean a very deliberate death from those on top, either by cancer, police force, bird flu, or some other secretly controlled means.
You might be surprised to know that I agree with having a population control. There are some things that both Henry Kissinger and Ray Kurzweil have said, regarding population that I agree with. However, in my response to the hypothesis (which I am not sure if I believe) that 80% of the world's human population will be wiped out in a holocaust style event; such an event would be a glaring and horrible scar on the face of consciousness and morality for any individuals involved. It seems to me that another blatant Nazi like execution of a people would be too brash to attempt again. It seems like the age of giving us poison, that we take ourselves (through food and water) is the cleaner more political solution. Or possibly allowing a bird flu like disease to spread across the globe, while immunizations are withheld until a certain quota of corpses are filled, and the remaining few are saved. That would no doubt would be effective. Food riots, and starvation seems to be flawed, but possible. How about a mock alien invasion with lasers wiping out entire cities overnight? It would be a clean way to reorganize the surface of a country, if the technology even exists.
I'm sorry you are being downsized as a race
I strongly hope that none of the above are the case, and that a more civilized solution can be found. Are there too many people on the planet? Yes. Can we, as human beings, make a conscious decision to decrease those numbers? Yes, again. Fear is such an effective tool, why not use it to drastically reduce our population to a ratio that we begin to scale down to a manageable amount? “Because it will take too long,” would be the common answer to those sitting in the golden press boxes of existence. I would then suggest, that those elite that came before you, did not plan very well ahead. Here I am, one of the expendable many, trying to rationalize with the chosen few (who will never read this): why must we die to depopulate the earth, and give the chosen few both long life and the earth? Especially when those 'chosen few' we are unknowingly sacrificing our lives for; are so quick to decide our fate, so quick to chose our means of demise, and simply toss us away.
I want to live. Not as a slave, but free.
I know the word 'free' is just a commercialized word for 'unknowing slave', but how can I not help but cling to such a word as it is in the fabric the makes up my American flag. I pay my taxes like everyone else, and I assume the systems around me are for the benefit of mankind, not the slavery of mankind. When dealing with the issue of immortality, and those that are first in line, I start to see security looking a lot more like a jail cell. When fear is something that you just get used to, it begins to lose effect. I have not gotten used to it yet, but I am starting to understand how it is controlling me, and my decisions.
I once asked a few young members of the Immortality Institute what the best way to become immortal would be, and unanimously, they told me, “money.” Now I know what all the fuss is about.
For the right price, I too can live forever.

Solar Powered Submarine is designed to save the world
This submarine can survive the pole reversal, the apocalypse, and 2012.
I have been listening to a lot of Coast to Coast AM radio, which I can barely receive here in Minneapolis. Many of their guests deal with aliens, end of the world, myths, ghosts, government cover ups and anything else that can be labeled under the 'conspiracy' umbrella. It is pretty much the most exciting radio program I have ever listened to, even if a lot of it I do not fully believe.
While listening to Coast to Coast I was turned on to a few books by Zecharia Sitchin, which in turn led me to google and to find this website: How to survive 2012. Patrick Geryl has written a book about the reversing of the poles in 2012 (if you have read this book please comment to me what you thought of it). Reversing the poles means, the north pole and the south pole will switch in a tidal wave causing, earth quake shaking, volcano erupting, America and Europe flooding disaster of the grandest scale! Many ancient artifacts, like the Mayan Calendar and many other ancient calendars seem to predict 2012 as the year for a major life threatening disaster to strike the earth, it could be the reversing of the poles.
The bible's detailed recounts of the time of the wall of water, fire on earth, fire and brimstone falling to earth, and heaven becoming hell have all been listed as a very probably events during a previous pole shift. This is the hell of earth doomsday scenario, and a lot of evidence is supporting this idea as probable.
There is also scientific research supporting the fact that our magnetic poles are losing strength at a rapid, and threatening speed. Not to mention, that it is predicted that America and Europe will be completely flooded during this shift. Which would explain the immediate depletion of America economy and the crumbling of America as a country. It also explains why the rich may be going underground and why they are hording oil with extreme urgency. I now propose that we may want to look into mass producing or self producing Solar Powered Submarines, like the GoldFish Project!

the rich & powerful are going underground
a short essay by william hessian
In this short, opinion essay, I simply want to express why I think the people on top (the richest 1% of the world) plan to burrow under the surface in the upcoming decade. First, I would like to explain that I feel the people on top are the top world politicians and heads of large corporations that have been scratching each others' backs for decades. The select interconnected few, have been sucking money from the economy and from the world for many years. I have asked myself many times, what could be the benefit of such large wealth on this planet? Greed is a part of the reason, but I believe there is more purpose to collecting incredible amounts of worth, than simply lust and greed. I believe the richest people on this earth are planning to suck all the resources from this planet as fast as possible to supply an enormous stockpile before their hibernation in the caves of the earth.
Did you ever wonder why Egyptians seem to have built these incredible tombs, with living space, burying entire families at once in these amazing pyramid structures? Did it ever occur to you that these pyramids could have been the bunkers of the privileged few. A pyramid, given its functions, has the ability to withstand a direct physical blow (comet explosion, army attack), increase in temperature, decrease in temperature, a flood, tornadoes, hurricanes, volcanoes and massive storms of any kind. It seems very evident to me that ancient pyramids were the work of the privileged few; designed to survive the changing earth. Obviously, they did not make the correct calculations or simply did not have the materials to withstand the period of time in which the earths conditions were uninhabitable. Thus why the tombs upon discovery contained kings, queens, and royalties dead and rotten bodies.
Which brings me to the question: what would we do if we could see signs of another period of unlivable conditions on the surface of the planet? The answer is very similar to the ancient Egyptians. Those in positions of power and wealth will gain as much power, wealth, and commodities as humanly possible and create a bunker to survive the times or else fly off this planet (however I do not see much evidence supporting a spaceship odyssey off this planet).
Why are we so dependent on oil in America, when we have the most reserves on the planet? Because this oil is not for us, it is for the privileged few to use over an undisclosed period of very harsh condition on the surface. It is clear that the technology for clean energy, wind, solar, electric, magnetic- have been available for decades. People can claim that the only reason America chose to turn its back on those resources simply is greed; to make endless piles of money, and I feel this is very near sighted.
The select few, if you do not know who they are, then you are not one of them (which describes 99.9999% of us) have been ridiculed as heartless, warmongering, greedy monsters. Many people simply shrug off their actions as simply unintelligent greed and power lust. These people are extremely smart and know exactly what they are doing...in fact, I believe that they absolutely love when people call them greedy and overlook their true intentions.
Back to the reason why I think these very intelligent select few are going to burrow in hidden bunkers located around the world. Money is very important, but oil is more important, when you consider that oil is the most useful when you no longer have the ability to tap the planets' surface. Renewable energy like the sun, wind, vegetation and the ocean's kinetic movement have been good potential sources of renewable energy, however they are only available to those living have access to these to the surface of the planet. If the surface conditions change too much, many of those resources may even cease to generate energy on their own. Oil is simply ancient sunlight, which in its oil form is a very crude but versatile energy source. Which leads me to believe that the mass collection of oil on this planet, is being done in order to take it to a place where we (or they) will not have access to the face of the planet. The two places this can be is either in space, or under the surface of the planet.
Space would be an interesting option and as I mentioned above, given the lack of advancement in that field, it seems that the option of leaving the earth and living on a space station, or colonizing another planet seems very unlikely. On the other hand, there have been reports for decades speaking of secret underground shelters in America, and around the world, which leads me to believe that these dormant military structures may be a future den of the who's who of the civilized world. If you want to learn more about underground bases, simply google hidden underground bunkers, bases, and government. You will find a lot of interesting things.
The failing American economy is a side effect of the exploitation of the banks of the world by those on top. The bail out is a strategy to extend this exploitation. The simple unknowing people of every nation on this planet will pay to try to recover for what the top dogs are taking out of the system. The system was built by these people, in order for them to exploit it whenever they deem it necessary. Every single person on the top knew that this crashing of the system would occur with constant abuse, and they all knew that the oil supplies on the planet are a limited resource. The economic system was carefully and purposely abused in order to gain access to money to buy as much oil as possible, no matter what the cost to the inhabitants of the earth.
I like to use this metaphor: it is clear that if you take chunks out of wood out of a sailboat it will start to slowly sink, and eventually go under. Any slightly intelligent person can figure that out. The people leading the ship, in this case, have been telling us it is going to be okay, we can take as much wood out of the ship as possible to add to our collection; only to be putting this wood on a different ship altogether as we ride this sinking ship to the bottom of the ocean. The ship is the earth; or at least the surface of the earth.
I want to clarify, that part of my fascination with this conspiracy theory, comes from feeling like selfish decisions are being made at every crux in the last eight years. And that my assumptions regarding this potential move underground in the face of an oncoming disaster, means that I am strongly suggesting that the people who control this world have a grand knowledge about the future of this world that we are being excluded from. This very easily could be for the good of our well being. Secret chem trails, the terrible response and/or intentional bombing of the levies in New Orleans, 9/11 conspiracy, lack of education, war in iraq, lack of renewable energy innovations and many other odd actions all over the world could be for the betterment and survival of our planet. It is very hard to determine what knowledge has effected these questionable actions to occur. But I would never count out the slight possibility that drastic actions are being taken to prepare or save the human population for some extremely crazy disaster. This however, is very unlikely.
This leads me to how I suggest we, the knowledgeable/powerless/poverty stricken few, should go about reacting to such a concept. The answer is: self sustainabilty. I am working on some artworks in which I propose designs to give us our best chance to survive any possible disaster on the horizon. Our housing needs to mimic the Egyptian pyramids (I will be posting blue prints to my crude 'silo home' concept), we need to have a large stockpile, solar energy, recycling water supplies, access to gardens and underground water supplies, and we need to be smart about every invention we make. We need open source solutions to every potential problem from disease, climate change, famine, flood, and total government take over. It starts with conversation, and it starts right now.
A lot of very credible sources are indicating that a big event is on the immediate horizon, and some very important people know about it, and are making decisions to save themselves. I have never been one to jump into any conspiracy theories, although I do listen to Coast to Coast AM as often as I can. Yet, I cannot help, given the facts of the Bush administration and other world leaders that interact with this powerful group are on to something that we normal people could not comprehend (or at least that is what they think). I strongly believe that the rich & powerful super group is going to take our money and our energy (in the form of oil) and scurry into hidden structures and leave us to deal with whatever disaster is planning to hit this earth. We need to begin to gain knowledge for ourselves and begin to prepare for the worst. I would love to hear your thoughts on my ideas.
Did you ever wonder why Egyptians seem to have built these incredible tombs, with living space, burying entire families at once in these amazing pyramid structures? Did it ever occur to you that these pyramids could have been the bunkers of the privileged few. A pyramid, given its functions, has the ability to withstand a direct physical blow (comet explosion, army attack), increase in temperature, decrease in temperature, a flood, tornadoes, hurricanes, volcanoes and massive storms of any kind. It seems very evident to me that ancient pyramids were the work of the privileged few; designed to survive the changing earth. Obviously, they did not make the correct calculations or simply did not have the materials to withstand the period of time in which the earths conditions were uninhabitable. Thus why the tombs upon discovery contained kings, queens, and royalties dead and rotten bodies.
Which brings me to the question: what would we do if we could see signs of another period of unlivable conditions on the surface of the planet? The answer is very similar to the ancient Egyptians. Those in positions of power and wealth will gain as much power, wealth, and commodities as humanly possible and create a bunker to survive the times or else fly off this planet (however I do not see much evidence supporting a spaceship odyssey off this planet).
Why are we so dependent on oil in America, when we have the most reserves on the planet? Because this oil is not for us, it is for the privileged few to use over an undisclosed period of very harsh condition on the surface. It is clear that the technology for clean energy, wind, solar, electric, magnetic- have been available for decades. People can claim that the only reason America chose to turn its back on those resources simply is greed; to make endless piles of money, and I feel this is very near sighted.
The select few, if you do not know who they are, then you are not one of them (which describes 99.9999% of us) have been ridiculed as heartless, warmongering, greedy monsters. Many people simply shrug off their actions as simply unintelligent greed and power lust. These people are extremely smart and know exactly what they are doing...in fact, I believe that they absolutely love when people call them greedy and overlook their true intentions.
Back to the reason why I think these very intelligent select few are going to burrow in hidden bunkers located around the world. Money is very important, but oil is more important, when you consider that oil is the most useful when you no longer have the ability to tap the planets' surface. Renewable energy like the sun, wind, vegetation and the ocean's kinetic movement have been good potential sources of renewable energy, however they are only available to those living have access to these to the surface of the planet. If the surface conditions change too much, many of those resources may even cease to generate energy on their own. Oil is simply ancient sunlight, which in its oil form is a very crude but versatile energy source. Which leads me to believe that the mass collection of oil on this planet, is being done in order to take it to a place where we (or they) will not have access to the face of the planet. The two places this can be is either in space, or under the surface of the planet.
Space would be an interesting option and as I mentioned above, given the lack of advancement in that field, it seems that the option of leaving the earth and living on a space station, or colonizing another planet seems very unlikely. On the other hand, there have been reports for decades speaking of secret underground shelters in America, and around the world, which leads me to believe that these dormant military structures may be a future den of the who's who of the civilized world. If you want to learn more about underground bases, simply google hidden underground bunkers, bases, and government. You will find a lot of interesting things.
The failing American economy is a side effect of the exploitation of the banks of the world by those on top. The bail out is a strategy to extend this exploitation. The simple unknowing people of every nation on this planet will pay to try to recover for what the top dogs are taking out of the system. The system was built by these people, in order for them to exploit it whenever they deem it necessary. Every single person on the top knew that this crashing of the system would occur with constant abuse, and they all knew that the oil supplies on the planet are a limited resource. The economic system was carefully and purposely abused in order to gain access to money to buy as much oil as possible, no matter what the cost to the inhabitants of the earth.
I like to use this metaphor: it is clear that if you take chunks out of wood out of a sailboat it will start to slowly sink, and eventually go under. Any slightly intelligent person can figure that out. The people leading the ship, in this case, have been telling us it is going to be okay, we can take as much wood out of the ship as possible to add to our collection; only to be putting this wood on a different ship altogether as we ride this sinking ship to the bottom of the ocean. The ship is the earth; or at least the surface of the earth.
I want to clarify, that part of my fascination with this conspiracy theory, comes from feeling like selfish decisions are being made at every crux in the last eight years. And that my assumptions regarding this potential move underground in the face of an oncoming disaster, means that I am strongly suggesting that the people who control this world have a grand knowledge about the future of this world that we are being excluded from. This very easily could be for the good of our well being. Secret chem trails, the terrible response and/or intentional bombing of the levies in New Orleans, 9/11 conspiracy, lack of education, war in iraq, lack of renewable energy innovations and many other odd actions all over the world could be for the betterment and survival of our planet. It is very hard to determine what knowledge has effected these questionable actions to occur. But I would never count out the slight possibility that drastic actions are being taken to prepare or save the human population for some extremely crazy disaster. This however, is very unlikely.

"11th hour" movie review
11th hour: the documentary

If you care about your future, you need to see this movie. I have wanted to see this documentary movie ever since I saw the preview for it months ago. I had assumed for some reason it focused primarily on global warming, although the film did a good job of going over a number of issues and reasons why we need to take action. Here is the 11th hour website.
The film was very motivating and actually quite uplifting for a quasi doomsday warning type of film. The film featured tons of credible scientists, researchers, authors, and leaders to get across the point. The point is that we have been out of sync with our earth, and if we do not act now to reverse the damage we have caused, the earth will reject us and human beings will die.
The film struck me as powerful and right on target. I recently wrote about the film Earthlings, which was the most horrific film I have ever sat through. I had to do it in three parts, and felt physically like I had the flu during each segment. The movie Earthlings solidified the fact that I am now a vegetarian for the first time in my life, and have been without much problems for 20 days (besides the occasional craving). I wanted to recommend to everyone the movie Earthlings, but had a hard time being able to subject anyone to such a torturous film. Keep in mind the film was EXCELLENT, however far to true and brutal. It explains how human beings' treatment of animals is inexcusable and needs to end. While I feel the message is so damn right on, I know there are very few people that can sit through the entire film. I feel guilty for eating meat for 26 years of my life.
While Earthlings is something I will suggest to everyone, with a fair warning behind it; 11th HOUR is the motivational movie that I will be lending to all of my friends and family, because its message is so right on, but also much easier to digest. 11th HOUR makes you feel bad about our current state, but gives you hope for the future and solutions for ways to make change. Earthlings makes you hate human beings and their concept of superiority to other forms of life.
You can buy 11th Hour for only $4.95 at Target and I would assume other large retails like WalMart and Kmarts. The movie is well worth the money, plus you can loan it out to others and spread the hope, and not to mention the package is made from renewable energy and recycled materials.

Man Made Clouds (chem trails)
I have heard a lot of interesting conversation lately about chem trails and man made clouds. Why is the government painting our sky with man made clouds?
It is hypothesized that the chem trails are intended to reflect the sunlight away from the earth (like a planetary sunscreen) to reduce the effect of global warming. It is only hypothesized that side effects of man made clouds is extreme weather and (un)natural disasters like tsunami's, draught, hurricanes and earthquakes. Which could explain some of the disasters taking place in the last few years.
