Glorious Vegetarian Toast

I know you all have been asking about what I put on my bread, now that I'm all vegetarian (sarcasm), and most of you that have asked, have begged me for not only a description, but photos to go with it. If you were one of those people, today is your lucky day:

Vegetarian recipe: Avocado & Cheese Cheese Toast

Make sure you have some hearty whole grain bread (you can also substitute the bread for full cabbage leaves, if you are against bread). Next, toast that hearty bread to your liking, if you dont toast it, the cream cheese will rip the bread into pieces. Apply a layer of your favorite organic cream cheese spread (or substitute for you vegan heroes). Cut ginger and garlic into slices and apply to cream cheese (i prefer slices over minced, but do what you love). Next comes the seeds: unsalted sunflower & flax applied to nearly coat the cream cheese. Get some good avocados and dont be shy with them. Gut those green wonders and apply to your toast with slices, or as a mount of paste (it works great both ways). Finally, sprinkle some ground black pepper and top it off with some sliced cabbage. The end result is a tasty, crunchy, flavorful meal that will fill you up and have your taste buds dancing.
