Come on! the super Wal-Mart had funkeys' but didnt have the starter kit. What the heck is up with that? Another reason to hate Wal-Mart.
So we left empty handed. We even found an ultra rare Scratch black variant, but didnt want to buy it. Since its not like we could us it, even if we wanted to.

What is a funkeys and why do you need a starter kit to be able to enjoy your Scratch black funkeys?
UB Funkeys are a new kids toy. You get characters from the store, connect them via USB port (the starter kit hub) and play games depending on which character you are.
You can buy the character either way, but there's no point to have a character without the hub, since you can't play any games.
